Day 8 || Last Day!!!

GOOOOOD MORNING! Yesteday was the last day here in Boracay and I'll be making my way back in awhile~ currently waiting for my food to come but the power is out so i have no wifi ;( ohwell.

Yesterday was quite a chill day~ we woke up at about 10+ to change rooms. We were initially suppose to move into a small room with no private toilet because no other rooms were available but we ended up moving to the deluxe room for 2(yay!!). Sean had to sleep on the chair and my dad got a mattress but it was a great room if it's for 2! The sofa was quite comfortable too but the only problem was the mozzies haha. (all beds have mozzie nets btw!)

After settling down, we left to d*mall for lunch. We ended up at Lemon i Cafe for the 3rd(and final) time HAHA. I had their bacon and poached eggs on toast which was GOOOOOOD! Just enough for me because i'm not exactly a big eater. The prev meals were all too filling for me. We walked around a lil before heading down to Starbucks to get a drink bcuz it was really cheap here!! I got my Soy Green Tea Latte w/ Java Chip Grande at 215pesos which is about SG$7, Sean got their Gingerbread Frappe(or Cappuchino I can't remember oops heh) Venti at 185pesos, SG$6!!

We headed back after awhile and went for our last dip in the water from our resort lounge. We watched the sunset from the water and it was gorrrrgeous!

Left for dinner soon after @ Gerry's Grill. The food was really good! Had their Grilled Squid, Grilled Sword Fish Steak, Pork Sisig, and ordered an extra Pork thingy(?? haha the name was in Filipino) cuz my dad doesn't really fancy squids, and a plate of garlic rice, each. I personally loved the squid and sisig although the sisig started getting a bit too oily at the end. The garlic rice was really good!! And the extra pork thingy was something like Singapore's san chen rou. The sword fish steak was a little dry imo but Sean loved it.

We took a short walk down to Crazy Crepe after dinner and got myself a Strawberry Nutella crepe. Sean got himself a Banana Crumble crepe and my mum got a Triple Berry ice cream. I thought mine was the nicest ^^v the Triple Berry ice cream was quite tasty too but they had too much cream in it :/ we got 5 cinnamon sticks because the shop was at the same location as Crazy Crepe, along with another restaurant that sells proper food. It was good! I liked it and so did the rest of my family. We bought another 5 back home and had an early night.

Last night, the power got cut for soooo long it was so tough to sleep >:( i was also woken up by this (supposedly) drunk man who was screaming and shouting over how much he hated the hotel cuz the electricity was out LOL quite hilarious. I doubt I'll be blogging about my trip back because it'll be the same old thing as my Day 1 post, just backwards, haha!

The power is back (so I can finally post my blog entry) and it's time to eaaaaaat!
